POLITICA DE CANCELACION
Si la reserva es cancelada con 3 días de antelación a la fecha de llegada (excepto Feria de Abril y Semana Santa que son 10 días) , no se efectúa ningún cobro, en caso de tener que hacer una devolución el cliente correrá con los gastos, 5 %.
En caso de cancelar la reserva en los 3 días anteriores a la llegada, se cobrará la primera noche.
En caso de No-Show se cobrará la estancia entera..
Si una reserva es cancelada sin suficiente antelación, se cobraría una noche, sin embargo existe la posibilidad de utilizar esa noche en el plazo de 1 mes.
El hotel se reserva el derecho de cobrar la estancia de un día completo, como se menciona en la reserva, incluso si los huéspedes se marchan antes o acortan su estancia.
CANCELATION POLICY
If the reservation is cancelled 3 days prior to the arrival date(except Holy Week and Feria de Abril, 10 days), there will be no cancellation fee. Refund cost: 5% of the deposit.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 3 days prior to arrival date, the first night of the stay will be charged.
If the cancellation is not made prior to the arrival date (no-show), the whole stay will be charged.
If the cancellation is made without sufficient notice, we would charge the first night, however you have the possibility to use the stay within the one month following.
The hotel reserves the right to charge the entire duration of stay, as mentioned in the reservation, even if guests depart earlier and shorten their stay.
